In the second half, I’ll be talking to the folks at Nexus Wines about the extensive portfolio of great wines and we’ll tell you all about this weeks featured “Wine of the Week” – 2010 Posh Red Wine, an easy drinking great blended red from California’s North Coast.

Good Life Guy’s Wine of the Week:
2010 Posh – Handcrafted Red Wine, Mendocino California

Extravagant, Opulent, and Exclusive are all words to describe POSH. Posh Handcrafted Red wine is a robust and sumptuous red wine of carefully selected grapes from some of the best Vineyards in the Northern Coast of California. We have carefully shaped this wine to consist of 39% Mendocino County Zinfandel, 32% Mendocino County Syrah, 26% Mendocino County Petite Sirah, with 3% Other Varietals for Complexity.

The Mendocino Zinfandel adds rich and dark color along with a plethora of delicious blackberry, raisin, and spice flavors. The Petite Sirah adds an inky color for the wine while adding rich flavors and spice. The full body comes from the Mendocino County Syrah. The rich, and round flavors of berries are present in all three blends and deliver a superb, complex, and robust flavor. Posh is a luxurious and full red wine bursting with complex flavors and delivering a juicy finish.
